Founded in 1985, Rio Vista CARE is a community-based organization committed to promoting healthy and productive lifestyles for youth, adults, and families of the Delta area. Professional counselors provide individual and family counseling, as well as alcohol and drug abuse prevention, intervention and treatment services in our schools and community.
The Center also helps families to access community and county services and supports parents in raising healthy children by conducting parenting support groups and home visits to isolated families.
